Three gorgeous little ladies and an adorable little man too!! I <3 this family!! It was a cold day here in Houston but we braved the weather for a quick shoot at Hermann Park.. though little Emma Joy said she felt like ice, these little ladies were the perfect picture of grace. Thanks beautiful Phillips family for spending some time with me and my camera at Hermann today :D

You may recognize adorable little Sophia from some portraits I did of her a few months ago. Hard to forget that much cuteness right? Well she just turned 1! Happy Birthday Sophia! So we headed out with her and her equally adorable parents to take some photos. We decided to keep this shoot indoors due to very chilly weather and Sophia just getting over being sick :( So the Houston Butterfly Centre was the destination of choice. Other photogs looking for an indoor locale - the Butterfly Center has tons of natural light and is protected from Houstons crazy weather.

What do you get when you cross a great looking couple + their 3 adorable little girls?? Great photos!!

We headed downtown to Main St. to shoot this little clan.. I have to say upon meeting Lennon I was a tish bit worried.. I mean here's this GIANT dog.. whatever are we going to do with him?? My fears quickly dissipated when I got to know what a precious sweety pie Lennon is! Best dog ever! He is well behaved and a total cuddler- as you can see in some of the photos. It helps that Joe and India are two of the sweetest people you'll ever meet.. all 3 of them have lovely infectious personalities - left this shoot with a big smile on my face! (not to mention the taste of Blue Moon in my mouth... thank you guys for reccomending The Flying Saucer!)

We all know there is nothing like photographing babies.. they are adorable and full of life... but to be quite frank, you never know how things will run.. babies get fussy, tired, feel overwhelmed or any other number of things that can make shooting them challenging- its not bad, it just comes with the territory (I have 3 kids so I speak from experience).. HOWEVER.. NONE of these things applied to Sophie.. she was AMAZING to work with. She is a confident and secure little lady who loves to explore the world around her- and she's adorable to boot! Kudos to her parents for raising this little star :)

Hard to believe, but the baby of our bunch is about to turn 3!! I took her out today for a few minutes of photos (yes, minutes, she is such a model!) and then onto grilled cheese sandwiches and chocolate milkshakes at Avalon Diner (if ever you are in Houston, this place is a must eat!)> after Avalon we headed Sugarbaby's - the cutest cupcake place EVER!!

I'd normally say a little thank you to my model but she can't read.. she IS a genius but not that advanced just yet ;)

Not too long ago my sweet niece and nephew came out for a visit and of course a photo shoot!! .... and when your adorable niece asks when her picture will be on the website well your darn tootin' I am going to put them up! Okay and I snuck a few in that have my kids in them.. for all my Cali family who I love and miss and want to see our growing children :)

Christian and Aubrey, Merry Christmas!! Auntie is very proud of the wonderful people you are growing up to be!! You are welcome to mosey on out to Texas to see your Auntie for a visit ANYTIME!! Miss you guys :)
